De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The Organization has elected not to use the 10-percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. Mighty Fortress Manor had an outstanding Section 202 Loan with a balance of $581,386 at September 30, 2024. The Section 202 Loan is guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
