De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The School District has not elected to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed in the Uniform Guidance, Section 414. All federal programs as listed in the schedule of expenditures of federal and certain state awards are accounted for by the School District in the General Fund except for the U.S. Department of Agriculture programs which are accounted for in the School District’s Food Service Fund.
