During the year ended June 30, 2024, the Coalition did not expend any federal awards in the form of noncash assistance. The Coalition had no federal insurance in effect during the year, and no loans or loan guarantees were outstanding at year end.

For the year ended June 30, 2024, the Coalition had the following major program:
Social Services Block Grant (93.667) - These funds are provided by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to provide essential social services that help achieve goals to reduce dependency and promote self-sufficiency and to protect children and adults from neglect, abuse, exploitation, and to help individuals who are unable to take care of themselves stay in their homes or to find the best institutional arrangements.
