Accounting Policies: Note 1 Basis of PresentationThe accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of St. Rose under programs of the federal government for the year ended September 30, 2022. Amounts reported on the Schedule for Federal Assistance Listing Number 93.498 - US HHS Stimulus/CARES Act Gen Distribution are based upon the December 31, 2021 and June 30, 2022, Provider Relief Fund reports. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of St. Rose, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of St. Rose.Note 2 Basis of AccountingExpenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. For Assistance Listing (AL) number 93.498, (formerly CFDA numbers), the amount reported on the Schedule is based on the Period 2 & 3 Provider Relief Fund (PRF) reports submitted to HRSA. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in Title 2 U. S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance), wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. Negative amounts shown on the Schedule represent adjustments or credits made in the course of business to amounts reported as expenditures in prior years.Note 3 Indirect Cost RateSt. Rose elected to use the ten percent federal de minimis cost rate allowed under Title 2 U. S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) when applicable.Note 4 Relationship of Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards to FinancialStatementsConsistent with managements policy, federal awards and other grants are recorded in respective revenue categories.
