Title: NOTE 3 - U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT LOAN PROGRAM Accounting Policies: The schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal award activity of Kenwood Place II, Inc. and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: Kenwood Place II, Inc. has elected not to use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance. Kenwood Place II, Inc. has received a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development direct grant under Section 202 of the National Housing Act. The grant balance outstanding at the beginning of the year is included in the federal expenditures presented in the Schedule. Kenwood Place II, Inc. received no additional grants during the year. The balance of the grant outstanding at June 30, 2024, consists of $903,780.
