De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The College did not elect to use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance. The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes federal grant activity of Washington State College of Ohio (the College) includes the federal award activity of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2024.
