Title: FINANCIAL STATEMENT REVENUE Accounting Policies: BASIS OF PRESENTATION The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the SEFA) includes the federal award activity of Infinity Health, under programs of the federal government for the year ended November 30, 2022. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the SEFA presents only a selected portion of the operations of Infinity Health, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of the Organization. SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIES Expenditures reported on the SEFA are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. Negative amounts shown on the SEFA represent adjustments or credits made in the normal course of business to amounts reported as expenditures in prior years. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. The financial statements for the years ended November 30, 2022 and 2021 reflect revenue recognized from the Provider Relief Fund (PRF) of $622,427 and $708,612, respectively. The SEFA includes PRF of $-0-, which is in accordance with the requirements of the compliance supplement for assistance listing number 93.498. As Infinity Health received do PRF during reporting periods 2 and 3, no amounts are reflected on the SEFA for the year-ended November 30, 2022.
