Title: NOTE 1 – SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIES Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in OMB Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principals, and Audit Requirements of Federal Awards, Circular A-122, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The Project has elected not to use the 10 percent de minimus indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
