Title: NONMONETARY ASSISTANCE Accounting Policies: The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal grant activity of Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma (RFB) and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in or used in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements. De Minimis Rate Used: Y Rate Explanation: RFB has elected to use the 10-percent de minimis indirect cost rate on select federal programs as allowed under the Uniform Guidance. Nonmonetary assistance is reported in the accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards based on amount received during the fiscal year. At June 30, 2024, RFB had U.S. Department of Agriculture commodities inventory of $1,201,943.
