De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: During the year ended September 30, 2023, the HRA did not elect the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate. 64 The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the activity of all federal awards programs of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Hibbing, Hibbing, Minnesota (the HRA). The HRA's reporting entity is defined in Note 1A to the HRA's financial statements.
