Finding Type Immaterial noncompliance with major program requirements Title and Assistance Listing Number of Federal Program 14.157 Supportive Housing for the Elderly (Section 202) Capital Advance and Project Rental Assistance Contract Finding Resolution Status Resolved Information on Universe and Population Size The Corporation was subject to one Management and Occupancy Review (MOR) on April 4, 2024. Sample Size Information N/A Not determined via a sampling method Identification of Repeat Finding and Finding Reference Number N/A Not a repeat finding Criteria The HUD regulatory agreement requires the property to ensure that housing programs are administered as intended. Statement of Condition On April 4, 2024, the Corporation had a Management and Occupancy Review (MOR) physical inspection at the property and received a rating of 60. Cause There are several compliance items surrounding eligibility that need to be completed in order for the Corporation to be in compliance with the requirements of the regulatory agreement. Effect or Potential Effect As the inpection resulted in a below average score of 60, the Corporation was in violation of its regulatory agreement with HUD. Auditor Noncompliance Code Z Other Reporting Views of Responsible Officials The Corporation agrees with the finding as reported. Context During testing for compliance with the HUD Regulatory Agreement, one instance of below average score of 60 for the MOR was noted. Recommendation All required applicable multifamily project guidelines should be followed in accordance with the regulatory agreement.
