De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The Tribe did not elect to use the de minimis indirect cost rate. The Tribe negotiated to use a 26.52% indirect cost rate. The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards presents the activity of all federal financial assistance programs of the Kaibab Band of Paiute Indians (the Tribe). The reporting entity of the Tribe is defined in Note 2 to the Tribe's financial statements. All federal assistance subject to the single audit act, whether directly received or passed through other governments or agencies, is included in this schedule.
