The District uses the cash basis of accounting. Expenditures are recognized as paid, and revenue is recognized as received. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The District has not elected to use the 10-percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under Uniform Guidance. The amount expended includes $276,151 claimed as an indirect cost recovery using an approved indirect cost rate of 27.21%. The amount of vaccine reported on the schedule is the value of vaccine received by the District during the current year and is priced as prescribed by Washington State Department of Health
