The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA) includes the federal grant activity of Puerto Rico Community Network for Clinical Services, Research and Health Advancement (PR CONCRA), Inc. (the Institution) under programs of the federal government for the year ending in December 31, 2023. The information in this SEFA is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the SEFA presents only a selected portion of the operation of the Institution, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flow of the Institution.
Title: NOTE D - FEDERAL ASSISTANCE LISTING NUMBER Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the SEFA are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in Uniform Guidance wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. The pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented where available. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. The Assistance Listing Number, formerly known as Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number, is a program identification number. The first two digits identify the federal department or agency that administers the program and the last three digits are assigned by numerical sequence. This five-digit number is assigned in the awarding document for all federal assistance award mechanisms, including federal grants and cooperative agreements. Assistance listings are detailed public descriptions of federal programs that provide grants, loans, scholarships, insurance and other types of assistance awards. The SAM.GOV assistance listing is the public online data showing all available federally funded programs.
Title: NOTE E - PASS-THROUGH ENTITY IDENTIFYING NUMBER Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the SEFA are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. State or local government redistributions of federal awards to the Institution, known as pass–through awards, should be treated by the Institution as though they were received directly from the federal government. The Uniform Guidance requires the SEFA to include the name of the pass–through entity and the identifying number assigned by the pass-through entity for the federal awards received as a sub- recipient. Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented when available. Numbers identified as N/A are not applicable and numbers identified as N/AV are not available.
