Title: Loan/loan guarantee outstanding balances Accounting Policies: Expenditures on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented where available. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The Hospital has elected not to use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. The Hospital's federal expenditures do not include indirect administrative expenses. During the year ended June 30, 2022, the Hospital received a Small Business Administration Economic Injury Disaster Loan in the amount of $500,000, which is reported on the schedule of federal expenditures. As of June 30, 2022, the balance of the loan was $499,900.
