Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement.
De Minimis Rate Used: N
Rate Explanation: Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership, Inc. has not elected to use the 10 percent de minimis cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
The Organization utilized an indirect cost rate of 39.79% for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
