De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: AHL elected not to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the revenues from federal awards of Access Health Louisiana (AHL) as defined in Note 1 to AHL’s basic financial statements for the year ended February 29, 2024. All federal financial assistance that was received directly from federal agencies is included on the schedule, as well as federal assistance passed through other government agencies.
