The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of Boundary Regional Community Health Center, Inc. dba: Kaniksu Community Health (the Center) under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2023. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Center, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, statement of activities and changes in net
assets, functional expenses, or cash flows of the Center.

Boundary Regional Community Health Center, Inc. received funding from the United States Department of Agriculture for the construction of the various clinics located in Boundary County. Balances and transactions relating to this program are included in the Center’s basic financial statements. The balance of the loans outstanding at December 31, 2023 was $9,242,634.
