Accounting Policies: The accompanying schedule is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The amounts reported in this schedule are presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Accordingly, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in, the preparation of the basic financial statements.

Rate Explanation: The corporation has elected not to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under Uniform Guidance
The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the activities in all the federal programs of Joseph Yancey Jr. Housing Development Fund Corporation. All financial assistance received directly from federal agencies as well as financial assistance passed through other governmental agencies are included in the schedule.
