De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. The auditee has a federal indirect cost rate for CSSW of 25.00% and for CHW of 48.00%. Certain grants apply an indirect cost rate that is less than the federally approved provisional rate of 25.00% and 48.00%.
