Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the basic financial statements.

Rate Explanation: The Organization did not elect to use the 10-percent de minimis indirect cost rate.

The Organization has received a loan funded by programs of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The loan is included in the federal expenditures presented in the schedule of expenditures of federal awards. The balance of the loan outstanding at December 31, 2023 is $3,083,025.
