De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The Police Jury did not elect to use the de minimis cost rate. The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the activities of all Federal awards of the Ouachita Parish Police Jury (the Police Jury). The Police Jury primary government reporting entity is defined in Note 1 to the Police Jury's financial statements. All Federal awards received directly from Federal agencies as well as Federal awards passed through other government agencies are included on the schedule.
