The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of Open Hearth, Inc. (the Organization) under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2023. The FIRM, FSP, Targeted Homelessness Resource Coordination program, grant numbers 21736 and 21808 for $85,000 and $107,000, respectively, were identified by Chester County’s Department of Community Development as having shared funds between two federal programs (HUD 14.218 and HHS 93.569). However, the county did not identify how much of the funding was from each federal program. All funding was allocated to federal program HHS 93.569 based on the information available.
