Non-LEPP expenditures in the schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. LEPP expenditures in the schedule are reported based on when property is received and at government acquisition cost. LEPP is reported at fair value in the financial statements. Negative amounts shown on the schedule represent adjustments or credits made in the normal course of business to amounts reported as expenditures in prior years. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: THE AUDITEE DID NOT USE THE DE MINIMIS COST RATE. World Help did not provide any federal funds to subrecipients nor did they receive any federal insurance or loan guarantees. World Help received federal non-cash assistance in the form of limited excess property from the U.S. Agency of International Development which is included in the schedule. World Help also received an SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) in fiscal year 2021 (See Note 9 to the financial statements). The SBA has indicated that an EIDL does not have continuing compliance requirements other than repayment and therefore, is excluded from the schedule as it is not subject to Uniform Guidance audit requirements after the initial year of the loan.
