Title: Pass-Through Entity Identifying Numbers
Accounting Policies: The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal grant activity of Cornerstone Advocacy Service (the Organization) under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2023. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirement of the Uniform Guidance, and Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations. Because the schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Organization, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets or cash flows of the Organization. Expenditures reported on this schedule are reported on the modified accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement.

The full amount and unamortized outstanding balance on the loan guarantee program under the Home Investment Partnerships Program was $94,151 as of December 31, 2023. The total federal expenditures shown in this schedule represents the full amount of the loan balance as of January 1, 2016. No new loans were made under this program during 2023, and there were no interest subsidies, cash, or administrative cost allowances made under this program in 2023.
