Under these principles, certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: Goodhue County has elected not to use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. The Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the activities of federal award programs expended by Goodhue County (County). The County’s reporting entity is defined in Note 1 to the financial statements.
