Accounting Policies: The schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal grant activity of the Northeast Knox Utility District of Knox County, Tennessee (the District ) and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting.
The District expended funds for its three construction projects: (1) Emory Road Water Line Improvement project, (2) Raw Water Intake project and (3) Edmondson Lane Improvement project. These expenditures are required to be considered as Federal Awards expended.
