The Mossyrock School District operates a “schoolwide program” in one building. Using federal funding, schoolwide programs are designed to upgrade an entire educational program within a school for all students, rather than limit services to certain targeted students. The following federal program amounts were expended by the Mossyrock School District in its schoolwide program: Title I (84.010) $150,189.00, Title II (84.367) $6,640.84, Title IV (84.424) $4,881.14, and Migrant Education (84.011) $ 26,307.68

As allowed by federal regulation, the Mossyrock School District elected to maintain transferable Title program funds. The district although given transferability from Title II, and Title IV due to new EGMS grant tracking did not transfer allowable funds to Title I REAP.
