De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The Ellensburg School District has not elected to use the 10-percent de minimus indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. The Ellensburg School District used the federal restricted rate of 3.37 percent and the federal unrestricted rate of 14.44 percent.
