Title: SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIES Accounting Policies: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the Schedule) is a summary of the activity of the District’s federal awards programs and is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (OMB Uniform Guidance). The accompanying Schedule of State Awards is a summary of activity of the District’s state grants awarded by the Arkansas Department of Human Services. These schedules have been prepared on the modified accrual basis of accounting. Therefore, some amounts presented in these schedules may differ from amounts presented in or used in the presentation of the basic financial statements. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The District did not elect to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate as permitted by OMB Uniform Guidance.
