The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the activity of all federal assistance programs of the Northwest Georgia Regional Commission (Commission) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023. Federal assistance received directly from federal or state agencies, as well as federal financial assistance passed through state agencies, is included on the schedule and is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 US. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance).

During the year ended June 30, 2023, the Commission reported $265,783 in expenditures under the Economic Adjustment Assistance Program (Assistance Listing Number I I.307) accounted for in the Revolving Loan Fund - CARES. Such expenditures were calculated as follows:
