The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of the Organization under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2023. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Organization, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, change in net assets or cash flows of the Organization.

The federal expenditures reported for Assistance Listing Numbers 14.135 and 14.164 represent U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s loan balances outstanding as of January 1, 2023. The mortgage note and residual receipts note balances as of December 31, 2023, totaled $15,522,389 and $1,937,105, respectively. There were no other loans, interest subsidies, cash or administrative cost allowances received during the year ended December 31, 2023.
