De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The City has elected not to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. The City of Rolla, Missouri (the City), is the recipient of several federal awards. All federal awards received directly from federal agencies as well as those awards that are passed through other government agencies are included on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards.

As of September 30, 2023, the outstanding loan payable balance for the Series 2020 bonds was $23,882,647.
