Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards are reported on the modified accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited to reimbursement. Pass-through identifying numbers are presented where available. The Town did not incur any indirect costs associated with federal awards. The Town has not elected to use the ten (10) percent de minimis indirect cost.
