Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the financial statements. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The District is not permitted under their grant guidelines to use the de minimis cost rate. The accompanying schedule of federal awards ("Schedule") includes the federal award activity of Three Rivers Education Foundation under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2023.
