Title: Basis of Presentation Accounting Policies: The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal grant activity of The Presbyterian Home at Atlantic Highlands, Inc. (the Organization) and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Therefore, some amounts presented in this Schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the 2023 basic financial statements. All Capital Advances made to the Organization are included in the federal expenditures presented in the Schedule. The Capital Advances balance at the beginning of the year is included in the federal expenditures presented in the Schedule. This is also the balance at December 31, 2023. The Organization received no additional Capital Advances during the year ended December 31, 2023. The Organization received $499,579 in project rental assistance payments under a Project Rental Assistance Contract under the same Assistance Listing Number (14.157), which is separately presented on the Schedule.
