recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. 2) Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented where available. 3) There were no federal awards passed through to subrecipients. 4) The City has elected not to use the de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
