The information is this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) parts 200 and 910 Uniform Administration Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements of Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee has elected not to use the 10% de minimus indirect cost rate allowed by Uniform Guidance. The accompanying Schedules of Expenditures of Federal Awards and State Financial Assistance present the activities in all the federal and state awards of Passaic Head Start. All financial assistance received directly from federal and state agencies as well as financial assistance passed through other governmental agencies are included on the schedule.
