De Minimis Rate Used: Y Rate Explanation: Bais Tziporah Inc. has elected to use the 10-percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (“the Schedule”) includes the federal grant activity of Bais Tziporah Inc. under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2023.
