Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement.
De Minimis Rate Used: Y
Rate Explanation: The Hospital has elected to use the de minimis cost rate of 10% as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
The Schedule includes grant activity related to the HHS CARES Act ALN 93.498, Provider Relief Funds (PRF). As required by the 2023 OMB Compliance Supplement, the Schedule includes all PRFs received between July 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 (Reporting Period 4), and expended by December 31, 2022 as reported to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Agency via the Provider Relief Fund Reporting Portal. The Schedule includes $124,516 of direct expenditures and lost revenue.
