Title: Matching Requirements
Accounting Policies: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the Schedule) is a summary of the activity
of the Network’s federal award programs. The Schedule has been prepared on the accrual basis of
accounting as required by accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. The
information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal
Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for
Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Therefore, some amounts presented in the Schedule may differ from
amounts presented in or used in the preparation of the basic financial statements.
De Minimis Rate Used: N
Rate Explanation: The Network has elected
not to use the 10-percent de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
Certain federal programs require that the Network contribute non-federal funds (matching funds) to support
the federally-funded programs. The expenditure of non-federal funds is not included on this schedule.
