Accounting Policies: The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal grant activity of Greenhouse17, Inc. and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the basic financial statements.
De Minimis Rate Used: Both
Rate Explanation: The Organization elected to use the 10-percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance for the following program(s): TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES; FAMILY VIOLENCE PREVENTION SERVICES ACT; COVID-19: TESTING, VACCINES, AND MOBILE HEALTH UNITS (COVID-19 MITIGATION FUNDING); CORONAVIRUS STATE & LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUNDS - ARPA-2021-GREENHOU-00017; AND VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN ACT STOP FORMULA GRANT. FOR ALL OTHER FEDERAL AWARDS, THE ORGANIZATION ELECTED NOT TO USE THE 10-PERCENT DE MINIMIS INDIRECT COST RATE ALLOWED UNDER THE UNIFORM GUIDANCE.
The Community Development Block Grant via LFUCG loan balance as of June 30, 2023 was $224,000.
