Title: Federal Assistance Listings Number Accounting Policies: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards ( schedule) includes the Center's federal grant activity for the year ended September 30,2023 and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this schedule is in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost of Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of the basic financial statements. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The Center did not elect to use the 10 percent de minimisindirect cost rate as covered in 2 CFR $ 200.414. However, the Center has a negotiated indirect cost rate with the U.S Department of Health and Human Services, which it uses to charge indirect costs to its federal programs. The Program titles and Federal Assistance Listings numbers were obtained from the federal or pass-through grantor or the 2023 Federal Assistance Listings. When no FAL numbers has been assigned to a program and no federal contract number, the two-digit federal agency identifier and the word "unknown" were used.
