Title: FEDERAL INSURANCE AND LOANS Accounting Policies: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards includes the federal grant activity of Chaddock Attachment and Trauma Services and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Guidance. Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the basic financial statements. De Minimis Rate Used: Y Rate Explanation: The auditee used the de minimis cost rate. During the year ended June 30, 2022, Chaddock Attachment and Trauma Services did not receive any federal assistance from loans, loan guarantees, or insurance.

Chaddock Attachment and Trauma Services contracted for services with other nonprofit and government agencies as part of administering funds received from the Illinois Department of Human Services for the Early Childhood Development Program and Illinois State Board of Education for the Governors Emergency Education Relief Fund. The State informed Chaddock Attachment and Trauma Services that the contract entered into with the agencies was a purchased service contract and not a flow through of federal funds. Based on the State's determination, Chaddock Attachment and Trauma Services did not provide any federal awards to subrecipients for the year ended June 30, 2022.
