Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement.
De Minimis Rate Used: N
Rate Explanation: FMRS Health Systems, Inc. has not elected to use the de minimis 10% rate. They have a negotiated rate in place.
The amount reported for Provider Relief Funds on this Schedule is based upon the March 2023 reporting to Health and Human Services that covers all amounts received by the Agency during the period from July 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.
