Title: LOAN AND LOAN GUARANTEES
Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the modified accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. Any negative amounts shown on the Schedule represent adjustments or credits made in the normal course of business to amounts reported as expenditures in prior years.
De Minimis Rate Used: N
Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate.
The balance of loan and loan guarantee programs outstanding at the end of June 30, 2023 totaled $404,181. This total includes $402,181 for the 2022 Series State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Payable to the Tennessee Local Development Authority (TLDA) and $2,000 for the 2023 Series SRF Loan Payable to TLDA.

The federal and state awards received by the government are subject to audit and adjustment. If any expenditures are disallowed by the grantor agencies as a result of such an audit, the grantor agency could make a claim for reimbursement.
