Purchased inventories are stated at cost. Donated inventories, received at no cost under a program supported by the United States Government, are recorded at their estimated fair market value at the date of receipt. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The District did not utilize the 10% de minimis cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
