The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the Schedule) summarizes the expenditures of the federal award activity of Building Opportunities for Self-Sufficiency (BOSS) under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2023. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U. S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of BOSS, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net position or cash flows for the BOSS.
For purposes of the Schedule, federal awards include all grants and contracts entered into directly between BOSS, agencies, and departments of the federal government. The awards are classified into major program categories in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Grant Guidance.

BOSS elected not to use the ten percent federal de minimis cost rate allowed under Title 2 U. S.
