Rate Explanation: Chaddock Attachment and Trauma Services has elected to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate for the year ended June 30, 2023.
Chaddock Attachment and Trauma Services contracted for services with other nonprofit and government agencies as part of administering funds received from the Illinois Department of Human Services for the Early Childhood Development ProgChaddock Attachment and Trauma Services received noncash assistance from the U.S. Department of Agriculture in the form of food commodities that were consumed as part of the federal nutrition programs for lunch and breakfast. For the year ended June 30, 2023, the amount of noncash assistance received for this program was $6,937. ram. The State informed Chaddock Attachment and Trauma Services that the contract entered into with the agencies was a purchased service contract and not a flow through of federal funds. Based on the State's determination, Chaddock Attachment and Trauma Services did not provide any federal awards to subrecipients for the year ended June 30, 2023.
