De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The Agency has elected not to use the 10% deminimis cost rate for its Federal programs. The HUD Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities includes an outstanding capital advance of $1,284,300 as of June 30, 2023.
